If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Noble Toyota, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund (excluding special buy in parts and Electrical items) To be eligible for exchange or refund the following conditions must be met:

1. Item must be returned in original packaging, not broken or damaged with all components included.

2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except if items have been incorrectly supplied by Noble Toyota where all details were supplied at time of order.

3. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges and assumes all risk of damage and loss whilst in transit to Noble Toyota. (except items indicated in point 2)

4. Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Noble Toyota’s receipt of product.

5. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2 business days .(subject to stock availability.

6. Warranty and special order parts are non- returnable under any circumstances (excluding Warranty claims) Please ensure you supply accurate model information and are sure that the part you are replacing is the cause of your issue. If unsure , have an Authorised service centre diagnose the fault prior to ordering.
